This is great and hard to find figural holder/ashtray created by the Schafer & Vater factory in the early 1900s. It depicts dog with one eye covered, caption reads "Why by Unhappy? I'm Insured." Overall condition is very good, little molding flaw on the bottom of the tray. Measures inches high by inches wide. Awesome piece for the collector!
