BEAUTIFUL SILVER FISH SERVER END

Hallmark stamped: very hard to make out clearly but there appears to be crown and "B" there are other marks all in oblong boxes. Please have look at the photo's which can be enlarged and you may be able to make them out (Any information would be gratefully received)

Approximate measurements: 20cms long 7cms at the widest point
Weight: 115.4grams

This is nice silver item which is hallmarked as seen, it has fish pattern on the front but no handle, probably for it's scrap weight but lovely item if repaired with donor handle, have tried to find similar item on eBay to give you more information on the date and maker which like to do but unfortunately after long search to no avail, was told it may be German or French Silver? if anyone has any further information please let me know.
