Seller notes:	“The external condition of the box is excellent as the pictures provided show. There are a few issues to the inside of the box however - it needs new hinges to the lid of the box - the padded silk lining is torn and frayed - and the top inner compartment needs attention, as somebody has attempted to create a makeshift paper pouch (see pictures). There is no key present.”

LARGE ANTIQUE TUNBRIDGE WARE WRITING SLOPE WITH VELVET LINING, VICTORIAN for Sale

This is an antique tunbridge ware mahogany writing slope, with purple velvet lined slope, purple silk like padded top to the inner lid, secret compartment with latch inside the top of the lid.
It has dimensions of 11.5" in width, 7" in height, and 8.5" in depth it weighs 2kg unpacked.
