 Here is an Ivory wallplate have machined the opening for standard Decora GFCI size cutout in.  You will have trouble finding this plate at the hardware store!
Comes with screws.  Note these plates are 50+ years old and fragile.  Do not over tighten the screws or the plate will break!  This is cut out for the standard -modern- rectangular cutout.  Will not fit Sierraplex or similar devices.  Cutouts are made by hand and edges may have some slight irregularities as do the vintage plates themselves.  am confident you will find the fit and finish to be as good as any typical plate. Color is Ivory, not White. GFCI shown in photo not included.
