Top items in photo are antique.  Bottom row items are replicas. Light blue painted item is glass knob with hole through it for mounting bolt.  Small round knob is pull knob made of solid brass with threaded screw hole.  The upper left hand corner item is from trunk corner.  Items in plastic at the bottom are tiny pull knobs and are solid brass.  2nd photo:  all items are solid brass or brass plated.
