Victorian Stevens and Williams vase with blue stripes with alternating clear ruffled and corrugated flared rim. Blue stripes fade to white toward foot. Applied flower in pink and white. Applied leaf with Uranium fluorescence.  7” Height 3” Diameter DS #4878-2  In Excellent Condition, no chips, cracks, or repairs.
