This stately, yet comfortable chair will be perfect in any decor, country, classic, and will look perfect in living room, great room, guest room, beach home, bedroom, dining room, basement, club room, or an accent chair in foyer, hallway,  It has classic look and does has some slight wear from over the years, but very minimal.  We have tightened all the joints on the chair, replaced the worn out seat with thick padded cushion, covered in high end, outdoor fabric that just wipes clean.  The chair also comes with the hand sewn, butterfly print, soft as silk, microfiber pillow.   The solid oak on this chair has beautiful patina, and has only been cleaned off.  We have not restored it or sanded it, as it is the original finish.  It is very comfortable, and due to the quality of the construction, this piece will last lifetime. The measurements:  44" height 27" width 23" depth We are located in Southeastern Pennsylvania.  We would prefer to sell to local buyer, but if you are interested, we can ship to U.S.A. customers for an additional cost.    Thank you for your interest, and we will look forward to hearing back from you!  Feel free to text me, 443.417.4550 or send an email message with your interest... DenisesFunFinds
