Carved mahogany. some of the original flat head screws holding the top lid have been replaced noticed. this piece was probably restored Sometime the green top looks in great condition usually they are beat up or missing. You can be the judge have never seen piece of furniture with this quality of work. I'm sure it was not cheap when it was new. This is high quality handmade piece of furniture. Not really sure how to date it. It's old just not sure how old. has little bit damage pointed out with my ruler in the last picture. Selling as is.
