Beautiful antique papier mache and lacquer glove box containing two pairs of dark brown leather gloves. The box has pretty oriental style design of two birds and flowering plant in gold and red. The rims of the box are edged in gold and the interior has red flecks in the lacquer There is damage to one corner.The two pairs of gloves are unworn one is still in its original paper packaging, the other not wrapped but still sewn together in pair. This one however does have small tear near the piping.
