fine bi-valve spear thrower originating from Cape York in North Qld. The spear thrower was collected in the 1920's and is made from hardwood shaft with large peg attached to the top held with string and resin. The handgrip consists of two baler shell discs embedded in resin. The thrower is in excellent condition with very little loss to the resin and retaining it's shell handle. It measures 60cm in length. Registered Post within Australia will cost between $10AU and $16AU. Airmail to the US will be $18AU and Europe will cost $27AU
