Antique Sterling Silver Watch ChainOutstanding English Sterling Silver Albert Pocket Watch Chain. The chain has Matching Makers Marks and date letters on the T-Bar, Clasp, and Chain.
The Length from the top of the T-Bar to the end of the clasp is 12 inch. The drop chain length from the top of the T-Bar measures 5cm and has circular link where fob could be attached.
Each link to the chain is marked with the Lion Passant Stamp for Sterling Silver these stamps are clear. The width of the links measure 5mm. This Albert has full set of English Hallmarks for sterling silver, Makers Mark 'HB&S' stamped on the T-Bar date letter for 1916 and Clasp has the Matching Makers Mark HB&S and also dated for 1916. The main ciruclar link connecting the bar to the chain has Birmingham Assay Office Stamp and date letter for 1916. The reverse to one of the links to the chain is marked with the same Makers Mark HB&S. Weight 25.9 grams, and offered in very good condition, with fully working strong clasp.
