It is an antique two light slip shade fixture.
The fixture is by Lincoln. The pattern of the shades is Fleur de Lis.
The fixture is 22 1/2" inches long from canopy to the finial 13 1/4" wide with the shades. Each shade is approx. 1/2" tall. 
The body finish shows wear, scratches and scuffs. The shades show some minor paint loss, have no cracks but have some small chips primarily along the decorative rim. Looks to be recently re-wired. Overall, it is in very good used condition.
Old and genuine. beautiful antique slip shade fixture.
