On offer is this antique French (sterling) silver handled carving knife.  Handle is decorated with shell ('Kings' pattern) and embossed foliage.  Style and pattern would suggest this is 19th century piece.
Handle has been stamped with the Minerva head but can find no makers mark.  The steel blade is simply stamped 'Paris'Measures 31.2cm.  Total weight of 82g.In fair/good condition there is small split in the silver just under the Minerva mark. Otherside is in good condition. Blade shows some marks with use/age.  Please consider photos.
