Being offered is nice old antique Tongan or Samoan war club that would date to the early to mid 20th century.  This club measures 25" in total length and has good patina, the wood with reddish brown coloration.  Fairly extensive carving at one end of the club.  There are holes two on each side that probably had some type of inlay now gone and replaced in of them with wood plug and holes now empty.  The club was probably longer at one time as you can see the bottom has been cut but it was done long time ago because the patina at the very end almost matches the rest of the club.  The club has very good weight to it.  Feels very solid in the hands.  All in all, nice club with interesting carvings and very solid feel.  Please e-mail with any questions.  Please view my other auctions for great variety of swords, daggers, clubs and tribal art.
