large solid silver Kiddush cup large cup of thistle shaped bowl on low stepped round foot, the body of the bowl being fully engraved with bands of complex engine turned chequer board pattern behind large vacant cartouche with ivy leaves could be used as vase if so desired- marked for Continental silver 13 Loth (812 fineness) and an import mark for Vienna (1872-1901) total weight 136grms overall dimensions height 150mm diameter 85mm c.1880 AustriaVery good condition with light surface scratches from normal use to the silver. Very slight unevenness around the foot, mentioned only for accuracy. Please refer to the photos as they form an integral part of the description.
