Thank You for viewing this item. Please check the description below and if you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Item Description: On offer is Chinese WuCai Famille Verte vase or jar. In excellent condition. No cracks, chips, or breaks. 14" tall, weighs over 10.5 pounds. May have originally had lid, now missing. Decorated with exceptionally high quality hand painted scenes. Has blue double circle mark to the bottom. I can not definitively date this piece. The blue double circle mark originates late in the Kangxi era, but has been used from the Qing era to the present. The only dating hint is there is swastika in one of the escrutcheons around the neck of the vase, the use of which would have been highly unusual in China between 1949 and the 1970s. Other than that, can not say with certainty whether this is an original Kangxi piece, or Qing, Republic, or modern reproduction.
