Offered for auction an "ANTIQUE 19th CENTURY LADIES/MEN'S DISTRESSED PINE WOOD WRITING DESK".  This lovely desk is designed with left and right letter/bill  compartments and center pen rest.  It has double pull center drawer.  The turned legs terminate in peg feet.  The wood surface has distressed brown alligator texture with white paint underneath as the original finish.  It is in very good structural condition with precise measurements, no cracks, splits or wood chips.  This desk is in acquired condition with the decision to refinish left to the buyer.  The dimensions: Length...36", Depth...19", Height...34 1/4".  It is medium weight to accommodate easy movement (approx 30 Lbs).  This desk was constructed either in the 19th century or very early 20th century.  There is no mfg. label attached on the underside just the numbers 405.
