This beautifully delicate and precious set of two teacups and two saucers is hand painted with one of kind strokes and imperfections on eggshell porcelain that is translucent in the light.

A gorgeous waterside scene is depicted on both saucer and tea cup. Each depicting traveler by boat in the water and woman's figure dressed in kimono.
You can run your fingers over the paint strokes and feel their raised grooves and intricate design. Truly special set that is sure to be conversation starter.

Measurements:
Tea Cups 3/4" diameter. 2" tall. 3/4" bottom rim diameter.
Saucers 1/4" diameter

2 cups, saucers included.

Condition/Imperfections: Please note that these cups are quite old (1890-1910's) and in used condition. They have seen quite bit of love, but are still quite charming. One of the saucers has 1/4" chip on its rim which can be seen in photo above. The other saucer has 1" hairline crack on its left side which can be seen faintly on both sides of the plate (see photo also). Both saucers have very small chips and dings on their bottom footed rims which cannot be seen when they are turned up right. Please use the zoom in function on photo above.

One of the tea cups has 1.5" hairline crack on the inside which is very hard to detect.
The other is free of any cracks but does still show vintage wear. There are very tiny dings or chips along its rim that cannot be seen with the naked eye can that can be felt when running finger along the the outer rim. This is very unnoticeable, but still present.
Both cups are still fully functional and can hold fluid.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Best wishes from New Orleans!
